District and parish elections will be take place across the Cotswold District on Thursday 2 May 2019.
The polling station for residents of the parish of Upper Rissington is the Village Hall, Wellington Road, Upper Rissington GL54 2QW.
Polling stations will be open from 7am until 10pm on polling day.
Poll cards have been distributed. When voting at a polling station it is helpful to take your poll card with you. However, if you do not have it you can still vote providing you are registered.
In the parish election, there are 13 candidates for 11 seats. Each elector will be able to vote for a maximum of 11 candidates; but they can choose to vote for any number of candidates up to that figure. However, if someone votes for more than 11 candidates, the entire ballot paper will be rejected, and not be included in the count.
Polling station staff will not be able to give out ballot papers to anyone arriving after 10pm, so please arrive in good time.
