Clamp down on illegal number plates

This week the North Cotswolds Neighbourhood Team have been clamping down on number plate offences. These include; fitting dark or smoked plates to vehicles, putting spaces in between letters and numbers to spell out words, plates displayed in windows or using incorrect fonts.

Fines for number plate offences are £100 each and this week multiple tickets have been issued.
