Message from the Neighbourhood Policing team:
Owing to retirement of the customer contact advisor, the Reception at Stow on the Wold Police Station will be closed to the public from the start of October 2019.
The Police Station itself will remain operational – both the local Neighbourhood Officers, and the 24/7 Response Officers will continue to operate out of Stow on the Wold Police Station. However, as they are invariably out at jobs or on patrol, they are unable to respond to members of the public knocking on the door.
The decision as to whether Stow on the Wold Police Station Reception remains closed to the public over the longer term falls under the remit of the Force Control Room (FCR) at HQ in Gloucester, and any questions about the Reception at Stow on the Wold Police Station should be directed to them, marked for the attention of FCR:

Whilst Stow on the Wold Police Station Reception is closed, the nearest Police Station receptions open to the public are Cirencester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. Details of their opening times, etc. are available on:
